welcome to nunavut
Nunavut is Canada's newest territory formally setting up it's own government in 1999. Previously, Nunavut was part of the North West Territories. Like the other northern regions of Canada, Nunavut is sparcely populated and quite isolated. This makes dealing with the diverse interests of traditional cultures difficult.
